Good water project MTAA
Good Water Project completed at Men and Traditions Against Aids (MTAA)
Grace Clean Energy & Water Limited (GCEWL) and Grace Impact gGmbH successfully completed the installation of a Grace HC 2700 UV water purification system by VIQUA™. This donation was given to the community-based NGO, Men and Tradition Against AIDS (MTAA), located in Shianda, Kenya.
The Grace HC 2700 is a high-capacity water purification system, designed for permanent connection to a water source. It purifies 2,700 liters per hour and provides plenty of clean drinking water for communities up to a population of 22,000 people. The system removes harmful pathogens using UV technology and proves much needed improved water safety for MTAA’s staff, learners, and community members.
This new installation builds on GCEWL and Grace Impact’s long-term partnership with MTAA. Since 2018, Grace Impact and GCEWL have provided grants for health workshops, as well as support for its infrastructure (10,000-liter water tank) and a small solar energy power set.
Together, GCEWL and Grace Impact, continue to advance sustainable WASH solutions that strengthen community health, resilience, and service delivery.
Please join us in supporting MTAA and a Good Water Project in your neighborhood.
