Leanne brings over a decade of experience in asset management, coupled with extensive expertise in organizational transformation. As the CEO and Founder of Benefactum Consulting, she specializes in helping financial services companies take action in their commitments to gender and racial equity. Before founding her consultancy, Leanne spent over 14 years in asset management, where she honed her skills in strategic management and organizational transformation. Recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice for Gender Equity in 2023, Leanne has been featured in Stylist, Forbes, Business Insider, ESG Clarity, Investment Week, and ESSENCE for her insights on gender equity, organizational transformation, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). She is also the bestselling author of “Closing the Gap: How to Include Black Women in Any Gender Equity Strategy.” Leanne’s passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures, combined with her practical experience and thought leadership, makes her a powerful advocate for equity and inclusion in the corporate world.
